Resident and Non-Resident Booths. Only Winchester residents and organizations with an established Winchester address or post office box may apply for a resident booth. If you are a Winchester resident representing an out-of-town organization and want to apply for a resident booth, you must enter your first and last names into the "Organization" field of your profile, and your home address into the address fields. You may name your organization in the "Activity" field. Otherwise, you must apply for a non-resident booth.
