2024 Exhibitor Terms and Conditions WINCHESTER TOWN DAY

By submitting a Permit Application you accept the following  . . .

BOOTH FEE:  The booth fee is for space only. Utilities are not provided. Anchored canopies and tables are available at additional charge. (See below.)

BOOTH SPACE:  Approximately 10' X 10'. Utilities are not provided. Carts must operate within the assigned booth area or additional fees will be required.

CANOPIES:  10' x 10' canopies are available for a rental charge of $125 before or $155 on Town Day (including setup, anchoring and removal). Availability of canopies without advance reservation is not guaranteed. You may bring your own canopy, however, it must conform to the following: (1) Must be contained entirely within your booth space. Angled leg canopies must have a footprint within the booth area. (2) Cannot be connected to another vendor canopy.
(3) Must be anchored to the pavement. You accept liability for damage and/or injury caused by your canopy.

TABLES:  30" x 72" tables are available by advance reservation for $35 each ($45 on Town Day, if available), delivered and picked up at your booth. You may bring your own tables. Chairs are not provided.

REGISTRATION:  Only Winchester residents and organizations with an established Winchester address or post office box may apply for a resident booth. If you are a Winchester resident representing an out-of-town organization and want to apply for a resident booth, you must enter your first and last names into the "Organization" field of your profile, and your home address into the address fields. You may name your organization in the "Activity" field. Otherwise, you must apply for a non-resident booth.
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE DISCOUNT:  If you are a current, paid-up member of the Winchester Chamber of Commerce, you may take a 10% discount off your booth fee. We do this to support the Chamber and its members.

LATE REGISTRATION PENALTY:  You are encouraged to register as soon as possible after registration opens. Registration payments postmarked after May 18 2024 will not be accepted without a $85 late registration fee. NO FEES WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER May 18.

RAIN DATE:  Sunday, June 2 2024. If weather is questionable, check or call 781-526-6721 after 7:00 AM on Town Day. The decision of the Winchester Town Day Committee to hold or cancel Town Day is final. Fees will be refunded only if the event is canceled on both June 1 and June 2.

RESTRICTED SALES:  Articles detrimental to public health or safety, or to the appearance of the town center, including caps, "silly string" or toy firearms may not be sold or dispensed. Violators may have their Town Day permit revoked.

HOURS:  Set-up begins at 7:00 AM. Vehicles will not be allowed in the booth areas after 9:00 AM. Clean-up from 4:00 - 5:00 PM. Streets re-open at 5:00 PM.

CONFIRMATION:  Postcards confirming your registration will be sent out by the week before Town Day. You can also check the exhibitor listings on our website to see if your registration has been processed.

PROGRAM:  You can promote your Town Day event in our program guide, to be distributed before and during Town Day. The deadline for ads and your exhibitor application payment is Saturday, May 18 2024 at 6:00 PM. Send copy and questions to
